Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

The short version: we collect what we need to build and run your website, we don’t sell personal information, and you can ask us to see, fix, or delete what we have.

Who we are

Good Brand is a brand of Launchpad Enterprises, LLC (“Good Brand,” “we,” “us”). We design, host, and maintain websites and related services for local businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through goodbrand.co and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Questions about this policy go to hello@goodbrand.co.

Information we collect

When you contact us

Our contact form asks for your name, your business name, your phone number, and the plans or services you’re interested in. If you call, email, or book a call with us, we keep what you tell us, such as your email address and details about your business.

When you become a client

  • Contact and billing details for you and your business.
  • The content you give us for your website: business details, prices, hours, photos, logos, staff bios, and similar material.
  • Information needed to manage your domain and hosting.
  • Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We don’t store full card numbers.

Business information from public sources

To find businesses that may benefit from our services, we collect publicly listed business information, such as a business’s name, address, main phone number, website, and public review rating, from sources like online maps and business directories. We use it to contact businesses about our services. If you’d rather we didn’t contact your business, tell us at hello@goodbrand.co and we’ll stop.

Collected automatically

When you visit goodbrand.co, our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics tools, we’ll update this policy first.

How we use information

  • To reply to your requests and schedule calls.
  • To design, build, host, update, and support your website and any add-on services.
  • To bill you and keep accounting records.
  • To contact businesses about our services, as described above.
  • To send service messages, such as sign-in codes, billing notices, and changes to these policies.
  • To keep our sites and services secure and working, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Information we handle for our clients

Some of our services handle information about our clients’ own customers, for example messages sent through contact forms on a client’s website, or calls answered by our AI phone answering service (which can include a caller’s name, phone number, the content of the call, recordings or transcripts, and appointment details).

We handle that information on our client’s behalf and only to provide the service to that client. The client decides how it’s used, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to it. If you’re a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your information, please contact that business directly. We’ll help them respond.

AI tools

We use AI tools to design websites, draft website content, and answer phone calls for clients who choose that add-on. Information needed for those tasks is processed by the AI service providers we use, under their terms and our agreements with them. A person on our team reviews website designs and content with you before anything is published.

How we share information

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, domain registration, email delivery, payment processing, database and customer-management tools, telephone services, and AI providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, the public, or us.
  • Business transfers, if our business or its assets are sold, merged, or reorganized. The new owner would be bound by this policy for information we collected under it.
  • With your permission, in any other case.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. For clients, that’s the length of the relationship plus the time needed for tax, accounting, and legal records. Contact requests that don’t lead to a project are deleted or anonymized when they’re no longer useful. Information handled for a client’s customers is kept according to that client’s instructions and deleted after the client’s service ends, unless the law requires otherwise.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls that limit information to the people who need it, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy.
  • Correct information that’s wrong.
  • Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
  • Stop contacting you or your business about our services.

Email your request to hello@goodbrand.co. We’ll confirm we received it and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we won’t treat you differently for making a request.

California residents

Depending on the circumstances, California law may give you the rights described above, along with the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, where it comes from, why we collect it, and who we share it with. This policy describes each of those. We don’t sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we don’t share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

Do Not Track. We don’t track visitors across other websites, so our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact hello@goodbrand.co and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we’ll tell current clients by email before it takes effect.
